电熔镁砂主要有三大种类;一、普通电熔镁砂,二、低硅高钙电熔镁砂,三、大结晶电熔镁砂;电工级氧化镁粉

1、普通电熔镁砂产品主要是选用47%以上含量菱镁石或轻烧镁砂为主要原料在电弧中高温熔融而成。方镁石晶粒大,结构致密,抗渣性强,高温体积稳定性优越。电熔镁砂的主要用途:电熔镁砂主要是用于高级碱性砖、含碳制品和不定型耐火材料的良好原料。

2、低硅高钙电熔镁砂产品主要是选用低硅菱镁石为原料,经高温电熔炉熔炼而成的。其特点是钙硅比大于 2 ,晶粒发育充分,颗料体积密度大于 3.50g/cm3以上。低硅高钙点熔镁砂主要用于中频感应电炉熔炼、高锰钢、不锈钢、高锣钢、高级碱性砖、含碳制品和不定型耐火材料的良好原料。

3、大结晶电熔镁砂生产工艺:大结晶电熔镁砂主要是选用精选的特级天然菱镁石或优质高纯轻烧镁颗粒,在电弧炉中熔融制得。该产品具有纯度高,结晶粒大,结构致密,抗渣性强,热震稳定性好,是一种优良的高温电气绝缘材料,也是制作高档镁砖,镁碳砖及不定型耐火材料的重要原料。广泛应用于冶金、化工、国防、科研、航天航空、家用电器元件等。

大结晶电熔镁砂产品特性:纯度高、结晶粒大熔、点高结、构致密;热震稳定性好;具有良好的高温抗折强度;具有良好的抗渣性能和抗腐蚀性能;导热性能强、高度绝缘。

大结晶电熔镁砂产品用途:大结晶电熔镁砂用于炼钢炉的炉衬耐火材料,是制造耐火砖、不定型耐火材料的优质高档碱性耐火原料;也可作为填充料用于制作热电偶和热绝缘材料(家用电器等);也可用于陶瓷原料和烧结助剂以及冶金、建材、化工、国防、医疗器械等。

The process of large-crystalline electrofused magnesia sand: Large-crystalline electrofused magnesia sand is mainly made from selected special-grade naturalnesite or high-quality high-purity burnt magnesia particles in an electric arc furnace. This product has high purity, large crystal particles, dense structure, strong sl resistance, good thermal shock stability, and is an excellent high-temperature electrical insulating material. It is also an important raw material for making high-grade magnesia bricks, magia carbon bricks and unshaped refractories. Product characteristics of large-crystalline electrofused magnesia sand: high purity, large crystal particles, high melting point, dense structure; good thermal shock stability; high temperature flexural strength; good slag resistance and corrosion resistance; strong thermal conductivity, high insulation. Product uses of large-crystalline electrofused magnes sand: Large-crystalline electrofused magnesia sand is used for refractory materials in steelmaking furnaces, and is a high-grade alkaline refory raw material for manufacturing refractory bricks and unshaped refractories; it can also be used as a filler for making thermocouples and thermal insulation materials (house appliances, etc.); it can also be used for ceramic raw materials and sintering aids, as well as metallurgy, building materials, chemical industry, national defense, medical, etc.
